You must be at least 21 years old to register, as required by PAGCOR. After submitting, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile to verify your number and activate your account.
luckyyi accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for KYC: PhilSys (National ID), Driver's License, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, and UMID. Your ID must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photo. Documents must be unexpired. Photocopies or screenshots of IDs are not accepted — submit a clear photo of the original physical document.
On the luckyyi login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered Philippine mobile number. You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to verify your identity. After entering the OTP, you can set a new password. If your registered number is no longer active, contact luckyyi live chat support to initiate a manual account recovery process.
No. luckyyi enforces a strict one account per person policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or to bypass restrictions — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any bonuses or winnings associated with them will be voided.
Contact luckyyi support via live chat or email at [email protected] and request account closure. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, pending KYC completion.
