luckyyi Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement," or "User Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and luckyyi ("luckyyi," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at luckyyi.net and any associated mobile-optimized pages or sub-domains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, claiming any bonus, or using any service offered by luckyyi, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the whole.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access, use, or continue to use the luckyyi Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use a luckyyi account. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all casino-style gaming activities conducted within Philippine jurisdiction. This requirement is strictly enforced and is not waivable under any circumstances.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to use luckyyi. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is permitted in your specific jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, your date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

luckyyi is legally required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and where required, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. luckyyi reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

2.5 Single Account Policy

Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) luckyyi account. If you have a pre-existing account and inadvertently create a duplicate, you must contact support immediately. Intentional creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, evading account restrictions, or circumventing any platform policy constitutes fraud and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus winnings.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckyyi account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.

3.2 Security Obligations

You must notify luckyyi immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. luckyyi will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a verified security notification. However, luckyyi is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to exercise reasonable care in maintaining your credential security.

3.3 Account Currency

All luckyyi accounts operate exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso. luckyyi does not support multi-currency accounts.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. luckyyi may impose an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month on inactive accounts with positive balances, following a minimum thirty (30) day written notice via the registered email address. Players may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing a minimum deposit of ₱500.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

luckyyi currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 to e-wallets and ₱1,000 to bank accounts. luckyyi reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your luckyyi wallet within two (2) minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) Philippine banking business day. Deposit fees vary by payment method; luckyyi does not charge platform-side deposit fees for GCash or PayMaya transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) to forty-five (45) minutes of submission, subject to KYC verification completion, bonus wagering requirement clearance, and fraud review processes. Bank withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) Philippine banking business days. Withdrawal requests submitted on Philippine public holidays may experience processing delays.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

luckyyi complies with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. We are legally obligated to report transactions that meet the thresholds prescribed by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. luckyyi may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and may delay or refuse to process transactions where AMLA compliance concerns are identified.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and loyalty rewards offered by luckyyi are subject to terms and conditions specific to each promotion. These specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits issued by luckyyi must be wagered a specified number of times before any bonus credit or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagers on different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirement fulfillment. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated: slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 20% of each qualifying wager towards wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. luckyyi reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where evidence indicates that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated wagering pattern designed to exploit promotional terms. Determination of bonus abuse rests solely with luckyyi's risk management team, subject to escalation to the Player Support Manager upon request.

5.4 Loyalty Program

The luckyyi VIP and Loyalty Program rewards active players with loyalty points accumulating on all real-money wagers across all game categories. Point accumulation rates, tier thresholds, and tier benefits are published on the Platform and are subject to change with thirty (30) days' notice. luckyyi reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6.1 Game Availability and Rules

luckyyi offers a variety of games including but not limited to live dealer casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), Color Game (live and RNG versions), online slot machines, Bingo, sports betting markets, and crash/instant games. Each game operates according to rules published within the game interface or associated help documentation. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.2 RNG Certification

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the luckyyi Platform operate on certified RNG systems verified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. No system, strategy, or external factor can predict or influence RNG game outcomes.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are operated by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming. The conduct of live dealer games is governed by the rules applicable to each game as displayed in the game interface. luckyyi is not responsible for equipment failures or disconnections on the part of the live studio provider; affected rounds will be resolved in accordance with the applicable provider's dispute resolution procedures.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on luckyyi cover pre-match and live in-play events. Bet settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body of each sport. luckyyi reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome is demonstrably affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other irregular circumstances reported by official sporting bodies.

6.5 Disconnections and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or loss of connectivity during a game round, luckyyi will use all reasonably available technical records to determine the appropriate resolution. Where game state cannot be recovered, the affected stake will be refunded to the player's wallet. luckyyi's determination of appropriate malfunction resolutions is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckyyi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Creating, operating, or facilitating the use of multiple accounts for the same individual (including use of other persons' identities).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic aid to gain an advantage in any game or to automate any part of the gaming or account management process.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain outcomes that would not otherwise be obtainable under normal game conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, coordinated betting, or any other scheme designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or placing bets based on non-public information affecting event outcomes.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to luckyyi at any stage of the account lifecycle, including registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct towards luckyyi staff, support agents, or other players through any Platform communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the luckyyi Platform, its underlying software, or security systems.

luckyyi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that while gambling is an entertainment activity for most players, it can become problematic for some individuals. The following tools and policies apply to all luckyyi accounts.

8.1 Self-Imposed Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and wagering limits through the Account Settings panel. Once set, reduction of limits takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before taking effect. These limits are designed to help players manage their gambling activity proactively.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Any player may request self-exclusion from the luckyyi Platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 12 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the Account Settings panel or through live chat support. Self-exclusion takes effect within twenty-four (24) hours of a verified request. During self-exclusion, the player's account is suspended and access to all games is blocked. luckyyi will not market to self-excluded players during their exclusion period.

8.3 Age Verification Obligations

luckyyi strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement mandated by PAGCOR. All accounts undergo KYC age verification during the withdrawal process. Accounts suspected of belonging to underage individuals are immediately suspended pending verification. If age verification reveals a player to be under 21, all winnings are voided and any remaining net deposit may be returned to the payment source used.

All intellectual property on the luckyyi Platform — including but not limited to the luckyyi brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and database content — is the exclusive property of luckyyi or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes consistent with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content. Unauthorized use of luckyyi intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

10.1 Gaming Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that participation in real-money gaming involves inherent financial risk. luckyyi does not guarantee any specific gaming outcome, profit, return on investment, or continuity of any winning streak. All game results, including results from certified RNG systems, are statistically random. You participate in all games at your own risk and on the basis of your own informed decision.

10.2 Platform Availability

luckyyi endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, and regulatory interventions may cause temporary service interruption. luckyyi shall not be liable for any losses — including loss of pending winnings, missed promotional opportunities, or lost gaming sessions — resulting from planned or unplanned Platform downtime.

10.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckyyi's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms, any game, any transaction, or any Platform service, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their luckyyi wallet in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Content

Games on the luckyyi Platform are provided by third-party software providers. luckyyi is not the developer of these games and cannot warrant the absence of all software errors in third-party game code. Game providers' standard malfunction policies apply to their respective games as supplemented by Section 6.5 of these Terms.

luckyyi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. luckyyi processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (subject to your marketing preferences). luckyyi does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or contractual obligation.

12.1 Suspension and Restriction Rights

luckyyi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (b) KYC documentation is found to be fraudulent or unacceptable; (c) the player is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) the player is found to be located in a prohibited jurisdiction; (e) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; or (f) luckyyi is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

12.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request closure of your luckyyi account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before processing account closure, luckyyi will confirm your identity, confirm that no pending bonus wagering obligations remain unfulfilled, and confirm that no pending withdrawal is in processing. Remaining real-money balances (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) Philippine banking business days of verified account closure request.

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and loyalty points are forfeited immediately. Real-money balances may be held pending investigation and are subject to the outcome of any relevant fraud or AMLA review. luckyyi reserves the right to offset any amounts owed to it by the player against the balance held.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or to the use of the luckyyi Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding your account, a game outcome, a transaction, or a promotional claim, you should first contact luckyyi customer support via live chat. The support team will attempt to resolve your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. If your complaint cannot be resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to the luckyyi Compliance Officer for a formal review, with a written determination issued within fourteen (14) calendar days.

13.2 Regulatory Escalation

If you are not satisfied with luckyyi's internal dispute resolution outcome, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official player complaint channels. luckyyi fully cooperates with all PAGCOR investigations and arbitration processes.

13.3 Jurisdiction

For disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, situated in Metro Manila.

luckyyi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — for example, changes to financial terms, eligibility requirements, or dispute resolution procedures — luckyyi will provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' advance notice via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be implemented without prior notice. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 of these Terms before the amended Terms take effect.
