7.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of the assets of luckyyi, personal data held by us may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of such transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer via your registered email address no less than thirty (30) days before the transfer takes effect, and the acquiring entity will be required to honor the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
The luckyyi Platform is primarily operated and data is primarily stored within Philippine jurisdiction. However, some third-party service providers used by luckyyi (including certain game software providers and cloud infrastructure partners) may process personal data in data centers located outside the Philippines.

Age verification is a mandatory component of the luckyyi KYC process. All accounts are subject to age verification before withdrawal privileges are activated.
